Exchanges and returns

Goods of satisfactory quality may be exchanged or returned within 14 days excluding the purchase date, subject to applicable Ukrainian law: the item must be unused with its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and proof of purchase preserved. Statutory exceptions apply. How to return an item Contact us by phone or email with your order number first. We will agree the return method, recipient details and refund arrangements. Standard return destination: Dnipro, Nova Poshta branch No. 34. The buyer pays return shipping for goods of satisfactory quality. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will arrange an exchange or refund within statutory time limits. Nova Poshta Easy Return After agreeing with the store, open your received parcel under «Мої відправлення» in the Nova Poshta app. Select «Керувати посилкою» → «Легке повернення», choose a reason and send the securely packed item using the generated waybill. Basic transport is free for eligible parcels up to 30 kg within 14 days of receipt; additional services cost extra. Check service availability and the waybill return address with us before shipping. Nova Poshta handles transport; refund arrangements are made with the store. Contact us separately for defects, missing items or an incorrect order. The buyer-paid shipping rule does not restrict statutory rights relating to defective goods.
