Product quality and defect enquiries

Check the contents and condition when receiving your order. Before installation or soldering, check the specifications and follow operating instructions. If you find a defect, stop using the product and send the seller your order number, a description and photos where possible. Agree the return address before shipping. A separate commercial warranty period is stated in the individual product documents if offered by the manufacturer or seller. Its absence does not remove statutory consumer rights. Soldering alone does not automatically invalidate all claims; the cause of damage and circumstances are assessed individually.
